The VSC's purpose is to help businesses grow and succeed in the right way, without having to create large, costly organisational structures of their own. ​

During the pandemic, companies had to focus on surviving, forgetting about business as usual or growing for the future. Businesses and workers suffered as a result.​

Unfortunately, many businesses have not made it through the turbulent times, but many others will see an opportunity to try the idea they’ve always wanted to, new businesses will emerge, and we are here to help make it a lasting reality for them.​

We know it is not easy starting out as a business or keeping up with the pace of growth, and we will improve these journeys by giving our clients access to the key expertise they need, when they need it.​

Who we are

Creating opportunities out of adversity ​

Through the global pandemic, many qualified specialists and professionals found themselves out of work. The VSC’s mission is to create an avenue and hub of skilled professionals, to get them back into work, support the economy and provide clients with everything they need from one source. ​

Our mission is so strong that we have created an Impact Fund. This fund will pay for all employee's wages in full for six months should another global event hit.​

The aim is for our employees to enjoy a work/life balance, whilst doing work they love and being paid a fair and competitive salary. The ownership and flexibility afforded our employees will allow them to thrive in the workplace, whilst managing their other life commitments. Having a work-life balance is important at the VSC.​

We have created an environment where our colleagues can knowledge share and help each other grow in their respected fields. So we stay relevant during these changing times, we adopt and explore new technologies and trends, ensuring we can meet our clients’ expectations. ​
